Today is the day that AUTOMATIC RENEWAL begins !

From now on patrons will get a courtesy notice before their item is due alerting them that some of their items may automatically renew. Once their item is renewed, the notice will let them know the item and its new due date.

Things that don’t renew are items that have holds, Hotspots, Roku’s, Museum Passes and Inn-reach items (INN-reach items can be renewed once manually).

If a patron has particular questions and it does not seem to be working properly, please leave a print-out of their account on my desk so that we may look into it.
